I couldn't have been so wise if I didn't have such a knowledgeable realtor. You know your industry inside out and upside down and were always honest with us - even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear. You are a class act and I have nothing but respect for you and the way that you do business. Our decisions were made as a team and as a team we got the house sold........in three months. We couldn't have done it without your guidance and I thank you for being by my side the whole way through. My only regret was the "brilliant" lawyer we paid to come to settlement who YOU had to explain everything to and the fact that I almost "broke up with you" during my melt down!! LOL!!
